This craft is a never ending journey.

Learn the foundations and develop a strong skill set to build your boxing from the ground up.  Sessions are structured, progressive and tailored to each individuals skill set. 

Together we work on building strong fundamentals including footwork, striking and defence.

Package Types 

Commitment pakage- 12 week block. 2 x 45min sessions per week. 

Learn and build your boxing foundation as-well as improving your fitness and strength to compliment your training. Complimentary cycle tracker and food guide. PIF or Payoff

Weekly sessions 30/45/60 min- weekly time slot, structured personalised sessions to suit your progress- weekly debit 12 week min term (most popular) Holiday flexibility, bank session/train now pay later)

​Casual 30/45/60min 1:1 sessions.​

Starter kit- 2x 1:1 30min sessions + gloves​

3/10 passes 1:1 sessions

Sauna + studio solo use- available to weekly clients
